Smart+gage software uses the powerful core of the LMI SmartLine software package.  All typical SPC reports are available for full trending, monitoring and performance verification.  All standard measurement algorithms are included.  Set Hard and Soft Limits with alarm and alert features.  Full data retention and export is offered.  the accuracies of dimensional laser gaging is now available for true quality error proofing applications.

Smart+gage Software
Smart+gage software is designed with integration requirements in mind.  Written for Windows XP®, this proprietary application provides a straight-ahead method for initial setup.  After user-defined limits are set, true dimensional tolerances are used to pass/fail product.  This detailed dimensional information (x.y.z - and the measured relation of one feature or data point to another) can then populate a full SPC report.  Smart+gage SPC reporting is available or the data can be exported to third-party packages.  The software is available in six languages.
