The USS Bead Tracker™ is a high-tech, low-cost and easy-to-use bead detection system. The system fastens onto the end of the bead-dispense nozzle, and inspects the bead on the part in real-time. In applications where bead skips and measuring width is important, this system is a great fit. It can replace stationary cameras in applications where cycle time is crucial. The system is simpler than other similar types of bead inspection systems, it's easy to learn and train - and all at a low cost.
